Day Services Coordinator (Cypress)

Under general supervision of the Associate Director, this position oversees Career Prep, Employment Transition, and Supported Employment groups for day program services within the agency. These services are provided based on the choice and needs of the participant in order to provide meaningful opportunities throughout each day. 

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree / Associate’s Degree in Human Services or Business, and 1 year experience in supervision or marketing or High School Diploma and 3 years’ experience in supervision or marketing.

 

Hours:

40 hours per week, M-F, 1 st Shift Primarily

Salary:

$44,969.60 annual salary

training Nurse

Need a change from patient care? Ready to work Monday – Friday, on the 1st shift? Pathwise is hiring a Training LPN. For our staff to provide great care for our patients, we need a Training LPN who can develop medical training plans and provide on-site training for our staff.

Shifts:

Primarily 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm

 

Responsibilities:

Educate employees about Med Tech, CPR/Fire Safety, OSHA, Insulin/Epi pen, and Med Pass. Along with the medical needs and care of individuals we serve and the use of medical equipment.

This position also performs new hire PPDs, work physicals, and drug screenings. A participant of the Oversite Committee, attend monthly GM meetings, medication and biohazard destruction, and rotating on-call duties.

Requirements:

Current nursing/LPN SC license.

At least 2 years’ experience working as an LPN.

Teaching/Training experience preferred.

Annual Salary: 

$56,160.00

Medically Focused CTH-2 House Manager

Responsibilities:

Under the general direction of the Residential Director, the House Manager is responsible for the consumers, the staff, and the home. The House Manager will provide the necessary support for the consumers, including health and safety, the implementation and monitoring of support plans, and daily training and documentation. The House Manager will manage direct support staff, staff schedules, staff training, grocery shopping, medical appointments, budgets, and maintenance needs.

Requirements:

High School diploma and two years’ experience in the field of developmental disabilities, or an associate’s degree and one year of experience in the human services field, or a bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field.

Experience: 

Should include management/supervision and at least one year of medical experience

Work Schedule: 

40 hours per week, primarily on the 1st shift, with 24-hour on-call responsibility. Hours may be flexed as needed to accomplish job responsibilities.

Annual Salary:

$44,089.34
