Work Schedule:
Full-time positions include 40 and 32 hours per week, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

occupational therapist
Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, and licensed by the state of South Carolina.
Physical Requirements: Excellent oral and written communication skills and computer experience. Must display the ability to work professionally with the public and other agencies as well as with the PATHWISE staff and consumers.
Work Schedule:
Primarily Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm, 40 hours per week.

Creative Connections Specialist
Responsibilities:
Under the general direction of the Creative Connections Supervisor, this position will help oversee and facilitate activities at the Evergreen Skills Training Center in small, skill-building settings.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
Hourly Rate: $15.84
Early interventionist
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in human services or related field, 1 year of experience working with infants and toddlers or children birth to 5 years with disabilities; or bachelor's degree in ANY field, 5 years of experience with infants and toddlers or children age birth to 5 years with disabilities.
Work Schedule:
40 hours per week, working remotely is acceptable. Home visits are required, an agency vehicle is provided, and office time is work from home.
Annual Salary: $37,190.40
House manager in Training
Responsibilities:
Under the general direction of the Residential Director, the House Manager is responsible for the consumers, the staff, and the home. The House Manager will provide the necessary support for the consumers, to include health and safety, the implementation and monitoring of support plans, and daily training and documentation. The House Manager will manage direct support staff, staff schedules, staff training, grocery shopping, medical appointments, budges, and maintenance needs.
Requirements:
High School diploma and two years’ experience in the field of developmental disabilities, preferably with at least one year of supervisory experience, or an associate’s degree and one year of experience in the field of human services, or a bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field. Preferred experience should include management/supervision.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, primarily 1st shift.
Hourly Rate: $19.00
Transition Coach
Responsibilities:
Under the general supervision of the SLP Coordinator, this position will coach participants to be more independent towards goals.
Requirements:
High School diploma and one year of experience in disabilities or a related area.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am - 4pm

Community access and technology director
Responsibilities:
Under the limited supervision of the Executive Director, the Community Access and Technology Director will administer positive behavior supports, information technology, enabling technology functions and adult day services.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in social work, quality assurance, psychology, business administration or a related field from an accredited university or college with no experience required or a high school diploma and 3 years of experience working with programs supporting people with disabilities or 3 years of experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Annual Salary: $57,200.00
Coordinator assistant
Responsibilities:
Under the general direction of the manager, the Coordinator Assistant is responsible for implementing, directing, managing, and monitoring the implementation of SC OIDD and Pathwise policies/procedures and medical. The Coordinator Assistant coordinates healthcare needs for participants, trains participants on handling heathcare needs independently and provides transportation to medical appointments or coaches participants on steps to utilize Medicaid transportation. Fulfills direct medical assistance during shift as needed by participants. Ensures all aspects of finance to include checkbooks are completed in a timely manner as well as coaching SLP participants on becoming more independent with their own finances.
Requirements:
High school diploma and three-year's experience in the field of developmental disabilities or an Associate's Degree and one year of experience in the human services field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a human services field. Preferred experience should include medical.

Professional Skill Requirements:
Excellent oral and written communication skills computer/software experience must display ability to work professionally with the public and other agencies as well as with the Pathwise staff and individuals.

Day Services Coordinator (Cypress)
Under general supervision of the Associate Director, this position oversees Career Prep, Employment Transition, and Supported Employment groups for day program services within the agency. These services are provided based on the choice and needs of the participant in order to provide meaningful opportunities throughout each day.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree / Associate’s Degree in Human Services or Business, and 1 year experience in supervision or marketing or High School Diploma and 3 years’ experience in supervision or marketing.
Hours:
40 hours per week, M-F, 1 st Shift Primarily
